Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive chef or in a similar role,preferably within luxury but busy hospitality environment with multiple outlets.
Ability to develop new concepts, redesigning of the kitchens and managing of the projects overall.
Financial acumen in cost control,budgeting and achieving revenue target
Strong leadership and management skills,with the ability to motivate,develop and inspire a team.
Excellent knowledge of international and local cuisines, with anemphasis on sustainability andseasonality.
Knowledge of current food trend and ability to adapt to changing culinary preferances
