- A minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality Industry. Marriot experience is a PLUS

- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of service
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- highly organized with excellent attention to details
- Computer literate and able to navigate through hotel systems
- Remote destination experience is a PLUS
- Currently in Zanzibar is a PLUS
- Excellent command of English ,additional language are a plus
- Marketing/Social media experience is a PLUS for guest related position
2. Housekeeping Manager
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality Industry. Marriot experience is a PLUS
